Straw Tower

Today we started doing straw tower and we were using materials.Why we did it is

My friends and I were thinking together and being creative.Room Thirteen were trying to build a big tall house.My team was trying to make it balance by stable.The whole room thirteen were challenging.

The group that was beside my group was planing what they should do with there straw tower. When they got it they did it straight and tall.

The first group that won was and Jabez’s.The second was Kashya’s and Gloria’s. But the third one was Sela’s and mine.

Meteor

A meteor exploded in the night sky and was seen from as far north as Auckland to as far south as Wellington. This event happened around 11 pm last night. The boom illuminated the sky and flashed with blue and white brilliant light.

Space

Is there life on moon?No because there is no air & no water.
In 1969 three men went to the moon,they took there own air and some of there own food and there own big drink bottle.The three men that were around the moon,and the other men left two of them and he went by his self and when he went and then came back he came with soil.

Year 5/6 Camp

Today we went to have a good look at the camp.The first thing we saw was the cooking and serving tents.Inside the cooking serving tent were the helper that does there food and they are really good cooker .The people who were inside there were Bobby and Miss Samuel and other people.We were being nosey!

The Second thing we saw was the Marquee we went and walked around the tents.There are three people that sleep in each tant and if they get lost they can look at the name tag.

After that we went to Whaea Raewyn and we saw th damper and it smelt funny but it was kind of ok.

I am looking forward for next year because I am going to be a year 5.It is going to be fun for me next year because I am going to camp.

Japan Earthquake and Tsunami

The surging wall of water caused a 8.9 Magnitude earthquake and destroyed northern Japan’s coastline and it even destroyed the houses.This man is a survied and he heard that there was a tsunami coming and then he went up to the hills and he even went back to his house to get more stuff so he can survive when the earthquake or tsunami comes and then the tsunami just came and he was sleeping and the tsunami put him on top of the roof and when he woke up he never new that the tsunami put him on top of the roof and he went in the ocean and he went 20 mile away and then the earth quake came and he still survived.

Capture the Flag

Diving for the trophy, team 4 scurried like little rats all over the field. Teams tried hard to distract each other. As we dashed over the line, our hands waved in triumph.

CINDERELLA picture

“Be home at midnight.” instructed the fairy godmother as Cinderella climbed in the coach. “Don’t worry about me.” Cinderella replied.

“Where are you going? the handsome prince asked as the clock struck midnight. “I have to leave goodbye” shouted Cinderella stumbling down the palace steeps.

“You’ll never go to the ball.” Screamed the ugly step sister as Cinderella was brushing her step sister hair.”But I have been invited too”Sobbed a tearful Cinderella when she was putting on her dress.

”Will you marry me?” asked the charming prince while down on bending knee. “Oh yes.I love you” screamed Cinderella falling into the prince’s arms.
